Teaching your dog tricks is a fun and rewarding way to connect. Whether you're aiming for an AKC title or just want to show off some cool moves, trick training keeps your dog’s brain active and engaged. It’s also a great way to strengthen your bond and celebrate what makes your dog one-of-a-kind.
Personally, I love teaching tricks to my dogs. It’s something you can do right from your living room recliner! Trick training activates their front-brain (their thinking brain!) and carries over into better manners in public. It has even come in handy during therapy visits to hospitals, nursing homes, and college campuses. Everyone loves a little dog show!
